Prices
Prices will be reviewed on a bi-Annual basis althought Sure-Est reserve the right to alter any prices without prior notification. All prices shown include VAT and a breakdown of charges will be provided on the invoice/shipping note.
Defective or faulty items:
Defective or faulty items must be notified within 5 working days of receipt of goods. confirmation must be given in writing (an e-mail will suffice) or by returning the goods within 2 weeks (at your own risk). This right will have been fulfilled if you return the goods before the expiry of this period. Faulty items will remain the property of 1st Aid Suppliers and should be returned to:
