Dispatch of Goods

• Orders of £10 or less will be sent at Royal Mail packet rate of £1.52
• On all other orders delivery will be charged at £4.95 per order
• On orders over £75 shipping is free within the UK

1staidsuppliers wil endeavour to dispatch goods as quickly as possible and usually within 2-5 working days of receipt of payment. If paying by cheque please allow five working days for cheqes to clear. Goods are normally dispatched via Royal Mail, however heavy and urgent items may be dispatched by courier. If wishing to have your order sent by courier please contact 0800 0430 272 to discuss. 

Courier Rates

• For England, Wales and Southern Scotland: £55.95 up to 15kg then 25 per kg therafter upto a max of 30kg

Returns:

Should any of your goods arrive in a damaged condition or be faulty or defective please contact us on 0800 0430 272. Items must be notified to us within 5 working days of receipt of your goods. Confirmation must be supplied in writing (an email will suffice)

Damaged goods remain the property of 1staidsuppliersand must be returned to us unless agreed otherwise.

We are unable to replace any sterile products if the packaging has been opened, interferred with of damaged in any way, other than where the damage has occured in transit.

Should the product develop a fault within the warranty perion please return it to us for repair or, if necessary, replacement. All products are guaranteed for 1 yr. This does not effect your statutory rights.
